After a week online, in print and on the airwaves across the country, CallForBackup.ca is generating real interest. What we’re seeing is that Canadians care about their national police force and they want to stand up for Canadian public safety by supporting members on the frontline. 

Our petition has the support of thousands of ordinary Canadians and continues to grow by the minute. People have joined the discussion and started to see interest grow in the form of news clips and radio interviews from coast to coast. Perhaps most importantly, this website has helped supporters channel their concerns to the people who actually make these decisions-their Members of Parliament. 

Now more than ever, we need your support in reaching out to M.P.s of every stripe to raise awareness and let our political leaders know we want them to stand up for public safety by supporting the men and women of the RCMP. Writing your M.P. and letting them know how you feel about the wage rollback only takes a second. Please add your name, speak truth to power and let your M.P. know what you think.
