OTTAWA — The Mounties are going to Federal Court to quash the Harper government’s decision to roll back previously negotiated wage increases.

Staff relations representatives who represent RCMP members are asking the Federal Court for a judicial review to overturn the decision that rolled back a three-year contract negotiated last June that capped the Mounties expected raises for this year and next at the same levels the government intended to impose on the rest of the public service.
